Cancellation and No-Refund Policy

1. Overview

GALTech Learning operates a strict no-refund policy for all courses and services. Once payment is made and course enrollment is confirmed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This policy is in place due to the immediate access provided to digital course materials and the personalized nature of our training programs.

2. Student-Initiated Cancellations

No refunds will be provided regardless of when the cancellation request is made:

• Submit written cancellation request via email to info@galtechlearning.com
• Include your full name, course name, enrollment date, and reason for cancellation
• Cancellation requests must be submitted by the enrolled student or authorized representative
• Course access will be terminated immediately upon cancellation confirmation
• All course materials and credentials will be deactivated
• No refund will be processed regardless of the reason for cancellation

3. Course Transfer Policy (Alternative to Cancellation)

• Students may transfer to a different course of equal or lesser value with 15 days notice
• Transfer requests are subject to seat availability
• If transferring to a higher-value course, additional payment is required
• If transferring to a lower-value course, no refund will be provided for the difference
• Only one course transfer is permitted per enrollment
• Transfer fee of ₹1,000 INR applies
• Course transfer is the only alternative to cancellation since refunds are not available

4. Medical and Emergency Circumstances

• Medical emergencies or serious personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds
• Course transfer options may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Medical documentation may be required for transfer consideration
• Extended course access may be provided at our discretion
• Death of immediate family member may qualify for course transfer consideration
• Military deployment or job transfer may qualify for course postponement
• No monetary refunds will be provided under any emergency circumstances

5. GALTech Learning Initiated Cancellations

5.1 Course Cancellation by GALTech Learning

• We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
• Technical issues or instructor unavailability may result in cancellation
• Students will receive minimum 7 days notice for cancellations
• 100% refund will be provided ONLY for courses cancelled by GALTech Learning
• Alternative course dates or different courses will be offered as primary option
• This is the only circumstance under which refunds are provided

5.2 Student Dismissal

• Students may be dismissed for violation of code of conduct
• Repeated absences or non-participation may result in dismissal
• Non-payment of fees may result in course suspension or dismissal
• No refund is available for dismissals due to student misconduct
• No refund is available for dismissals due to academic performance

7. Refund Processing (GALTech Learning Cancellations Only)

• Refunds are ONLY processed when GALTech Learning cancels a course
• Company-initiated cancellation refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Bank processing charges may be deducted from refund amount
• International transaction fees are non-refundable
• Refund confirmation will be sent via email
• No refunds will be processed for student-initiated cancellations

8. Installment Payment Cancellations

• Students on installment plans must pay any outstanding fees before cancellation
• No refunds will be provided for payments already made
• Future installments will be cancelled upon course withdrawal
• Students remain liable for any pending installment amounts
• Legal action may be taken for unpaid installments after cancellation

9. Online vs Offline Course Differences

• Same refund policy applies to both online and offline courses
• Online course access will be terminated immediately upon cancellation
• Physical materials must be returned for offline courses
• Shipping costs for returning materials are student's responsibility

10. Special Circumstances

• Natural disasters or pandemics may affect refund policies
• Government regulations may require course modifications
• Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis
• Alternative arrangements will be made when possible

11. Dispute Resolution

• Policy disputes will be reviewed by our academic committee
• Students may appeal policy decisions within 30 days
• Appeals must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation
• Final decisions will be communicated within 15 business days
• The no-refund policy cannot be waived through the appeal process
• Alternative solutions such as course transfers may be considered
